Feeling on edge, sleeping badly or running on empty? This stress self-check uses 12 questions written by Giggleus to look back at the past month: tension, worry, irritability, physical symptoms, sleep and focus, plus how well you're coping. Each answer scores 0 to 4 for a total of 0 to 48, and the three coping questions are reverse-scored.

Your result shows your score, one of four levels — low, mild, building or high — and the area where stress shows up most for you (emotional, physical, sleep & focus, or low reserves), with practical tips. It is not the PSS or any other validated scale, the cut-offs are Giggleus's own, and your answers stay on your device. It's a reference check, not a medical diagnosis.
